Yes, you can store your luggage safely before check-in and after check-out when our hosts are present (Monday through Thursday + Sunday between 8:00 and 18:00 and Friday + Saturday between 7:30 and 19:30). 

If you booked breakfast within your stay, your breakfast is waiting for you around the corner at Baker&Moore. This restaurant has reinvented the most important meal of the day. A place that welcomes you with the delicate smell of fresh bread, burnt coffee beans and some guilty-pleasure-muffins. Exit the hotel, walk to the left, follow the road, and go left again Walk straight until you bump into it on your left. Did you book without breakfast? Then you can still visit Baker & Moore, but they’ll give you the bill after you’re finished. On weekdays breakfast is from 07:30-10:00 and in the weekends from 09:00 till 11:00. 

While we don't have our own parking facilities, you'll find various parking options near our hotel. For added convenience, we offer payment tickets for APCOA Parking West-Blaak, just a 5-minute walk from our hotel. These tickets cost €20,00 for a 24-hour period and can be provided by our hosts. Please note that you don't need a ticket to enter the parking with your car. The tickets serve as a payment method at the payment terminal in the garage.

Check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. To kickstart your experience at Hotel Unplugged, shortly before arrival, you'll receive a link via WhatsApp to access the hotel. If you somehow missed the link, you can contact us via our intercom at the entrance (on the right, at eye level). We'll make sure you get in to the hotel. Once inside, you can use our automated check-in kiosk at the top of the stairs on the right, in our coffee corner. Here you can pay your outstanding bill and get your room key. If you experience any problems with our kiosk, we are available 24/7 for assistance. Before checking out, simply drop your room key in the mailbox in the front door. Luggage storage is available while our hosts are present (Monday - Thursday + Sunday: 8:00 - 18:00 / Friday + Saturday: 7:30 - 19:30).

We kindly ask for a deposit for each room to ensure your safety. The deposit needs to be paid during check-in and can be done with any kind of card (no cash). When you check out, the staff will check your room and if it's in the original conditions, we will refund the money on your bank account right away. Please note that refund can take up to 3 days.

You can simply drop your room key in the mailbox in the front door. Additionally, we offer the option of online check-out for our guests. We kindly ask you to complete the process digitally shortly before you leave the room. However, if you'd like a more personal touch, feel free to contact us on floor 0 or by phone. Your comfort and preferences are our priority. 

Check-in at Hotel Unplugged is possible from 14:00. Check-out is possible until 11:00.

We've automated almost everything in our hotel to make your life easier. If you do miss some human-contact, we are available for a chit-chat at Hotel Emma. Nevertheless, we will still make sure you feel right at home. 

Ofcourse it is! Even when we're not there, we are there. We are watching the camera's 24/7 to make sure that we know what's going on in the hotel. We can even control the hotel from a distance, in case of emergency. As we said, it's a smart place, but you don't have to worry us checking on you; we can only view public areas. If you require assistance, our security team is only 2 minutes away and will do multiple rounds per night through the hotel. 

Yes! We highly value a great cup of coffee in a cool place. Therefore, the lobby is an easy environment for our guests. The place that is specially designed for co-working, co-relaxing and to share experiences with like-minded people. Whether you’re just popping in for a coffee or setting up camp with your laptop, our lobby is an all day destination.

Well, that's up to you. If you rush through all the activities then yes, for sure. But why would you? You are on holiday.
